Is E-85 doing us more harm than good?

   Our concept and design for these products began in 1982 and spent 5 years in the development stage.  This system is an add-on Hydrogen (HHO, Brown'sGas) generator that will transform your standard vehicle into an all new, eco-friendly hybrid automobile.  It is possible for you to realize a mileage increase as high as 40% above your current MPG.

   These systems are fully saturated, which means that the unit is full of a water/hydrogen mix at all times.  Previous obstacles to saturation have now been overcome through increased testing and development.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

   The systems have a very low heat threshhold, reaching maximum peak temperatures of 30 to 40 degrees over a ten hour use period.

  The unit circulates the mix via a process known as thermal migration.  The process of thermal migration begins by transporting the gas via a tube into the main unit.  The gas then rises via a second tube, transporting the liquid mix.  This circulation process, among other things, aids in the cooling of the unit.  The mix/separator tank serves as a storage area for the mix, as well as functions as a gas separator.  It dissipates heat and dislodges the hydrogen and oxygen bubbles, making this a completely self-contained unit.

SEPARATOR/ARRESTOR

   By dislodging these  bubbles, the bubble/flash arrestor creates free space which allows for more production space on the plat surfaces.  This means that the volume of hydrogen is increased while using less power.

MIXES

   These units use one of two mixes.  You can use either 5% distilled white vinegar full strength or KOH and distilled water.

VINEGAR

   Vinegar works well if you are able to create a strong enough mix to produce a 8 to 9 amp cold draw.

KOH AND DISTILLED WATER

   KOH is caustic, but it does not weaken, and it is far easier to reach the 8/9 amp cold draw threshhold necessary for operation.  You will also increase your output by as much as 10%.  We recommend KOH for maximum production.  You can find KOH sources by visiting www.braintan.com or www.fennerchemical.com.

   When using KOH, the amp draw is determined by the strength of the mixture.  To get the correct cold amp draw, we suggest adding small amounts of KOH while testing the amps, increasing the strength until you have reached a target operating strength of 9/10 cold amp draw.  Maintenance requires that you add distilled water to the mix between scheduled cleanings.  Cleaning instructions are included further down on this page.

SIZE

The Super2 is very compact.  It is 12" tall by 3 1/4" wide.  The Super2 Double is 12" tall by 6 1/2" in width.  The Super2 Double is equiped with a separate mix/separator and therefore does not require a pump.

CARE OF THE UNIT

   In freezing weather, add 1/2 cup methyl alcohol per 1 gallon of mixed HEET GAS TREATMENT.  This works to a maximum low temperature of 15 degrees farenheit.  The unit must be drained and removed from service for temperatures lower than 15 degrees.  Remember that the more foreign substances other than water introduced into the the lower the amount of Hydrogen produced.  It will not however cause the unit to freeze.

SINGLE UNIT

   The Super2 has been tested and produces +2 liters of hydrogen per minute.  The single unit amp draw is 16 amps HOT.

   These tests were performed by the science department at Ohio State University under normal operating conditions.

SUPER2 DOUBLE

   The Super2 Double produces +3 LPM using vinegar.  Output is increased to +4.2 LPM using the recommended KOH mix.  The amp draw for this unit is 14 to 16 amps per cell HOT.

CONSTRUCTION

   The main component is made of stainless steel 120 wall and is approximately 1/8" thick.  The ends are made of 3/4" high temperature reconstituted nylon end cap.  Colors for these units vary from black to an off white color.

   The Double unit is comprised of two anodes, which are specially designed and separated plates of stainless steel.  They are then sealed with Nitrile O rings.  The mix/separator tank is custom blow molded.  It is formed with mounting holes and is approzimately 3/8" thick.  It is also equiped with a pepcock for easy flush out and cleaning.

  Almost all gas fuel injected vehicles will need at minimum an O2 sensor extender to see the benefits from the HYDRO SUPER 2. That is because the unit puts more oxygen into the engine, and your O2 sensor will see that extra Oxygen. Sometimes that will tell the computer that the engine is running a lean mixture. It will then up the fuel ratio,  blanking out the GAINS that the Hydro super 2 is giving you!. This problem is solved by installing a O2 sensor extender. This backs the O2 sensor out of the exhaust pipe 3/4 inch so it does not see the extra oxygen. In doing that your engine leans it self down and you see the full benefits of the HYDRO SUPER 2. The extenders work on app 80 % of the vehicles.  The other 20% will need what is called an EFIE to get any HHO generator to work.  The EFIEs are available from
www.fuelsaver-mpg.com.  Some Toyota's have AFR sensors which will require that you check with fuel saver for viable options in installation. These units require about 2 hours to install.
 
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 1. Mount the main HYDRO SUPER 2 unit. 
 
 2. Mount the Mix/Separator tank. Connect the blue tube between the bottom of the Mix/Separator tank to the bottom of the HYDRO SUPER 2.
 
 3. Connect the red tube to the top of the HYDRO SUPER 2 to the side fitting on the mix tank.
 
4. Connect the remaining red tube from the top of the Mix/Separator tank to the air intake of your vehicle. See diagram in instructions for locations.



THESE UNITS COME COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED AND WIRED.   The following instructions are included for mounting the unit to your vehicle.

1.  CONNECT THE HOSES BETWEEN THE UNITS
        And 1 HOSE TO AIR INTAKE OF YOUR VEHICLE.
 
2.HOOK UP 4 WIRES  (6 wires on the double cell).
                                        
 3.  Start your vehicle and turn on your dash switch.
                                      
 4.  Watch the flow of the HHO in the red line between the main unit
  and the Mix/Separator tank.  You will be AMAZED at what you see!!



   The Hydro Super 2 and Hydro Super 2 Double units will work on fuel injected/carburetor or diesel engines.

   The Super Hydro 2 WORKS ON ENGINES UP TO A 3.8 LTR.
